How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering from buyster is easy. There are two ways to order:
Order online. The site is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – the quickest and easiest way to order!
Order by phone by calling 1300 900 675, for the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia. Our customer service team is available 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday AEST. We’re here to help you in any way we can and nobody makes any commission.What are my payment options?
You can pay with a credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) or a debit card with a Visa/MasterCard logo online or over the phone. We also offer PayPal as a payment method when you order online.
Order Confirmation
When you complete your order we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order. If you spot any mistakes in relation to your order (for example, an incorrect delivery address) please let us know as soon as you can on 1300 900 675. When we have despatched your order we will send you another email letting you know that the product(s) are on their way. This is your tax invoice.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order for any reason get in touch with us as soon as you can by calling 1300 900 675. Generally we won’t be able to cancel an order that has already been despatched to you. If we are unable to cancel the order then you can use our easy returns policy.
Promotional and Voucher Codes
We sometimes offer promotional discounts on selected items. If you have a promotional discount code, all you have to do to use it is enter it on our checkout page. You can also use the promotional codes over the phone, so if you’re having any problems, just give us a call on 1300 900 675.
