    Shipping Information

    How will my order be delivered? We want you to receive your item as quickly and as safely as possible. We have set up relationships with a number of delivery companies to help us ensure that this is the case. Your order will be delivered by one of the delivery companies, working in partnership with buyster .

    When your order is dispatched you will get an email from buyster with an estimated delivery date. This email will also contain a tracking number so that you can keep track of the delivery. If you miss a delivery please contact us as soon as possible to set up a new time. It's always a good idea to have your purchase be delivered to your place of work; that way, there will always be someone there to sign for it. We require a signature for all deliveries.

    If you're worried about any aspect of your order, either before or after it has been dispatched, just give us a call on 1300 900 675.

    When will my products arrive? Each product on our site has an estimated delivery time – this is the number of business days it usually takes for the item to get to your door. To offer you such a wide range of products we ship from warehouses all over Australia and there are a number of factors involved in calculating how long your purchase(s) will take to get to you. On each product page on the site you can enter your postcode to get an estimated delivery time - this will give you an idea of how long delivery will take.

    Once you have purchased your item, we will keep you up–to-date via email with a delivery date. You can also call (1300 900 675) or email us (service@buyster.com.au) if you have any questions about delivery.
